These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of solluny.com (the "Website") and your purchases from Solluny.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Solluny. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that the information you give at checkout is accurate.

2. Our Products

Solluny offers digital guides, spiritual e-books and the VIP Membership. Each product page describes exactly what you will receive. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and our digital guides are for self-help, inspiration and entertainment; they do not predict the future or guarantee any outcome.

3. Orders and Delivery

All Solluny products are digital and are delivered electronically, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Digital guides are delivered by email from contact@solluny.com right after your payment is confirmed.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown before purchase, and any taxes required by law are displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.

5. VIP Membership and Recurring Billing

A 7-day free trial of VIP Membership starts on the day of your purchase. If you do not cancel during the trial, a charge of $39.90 is made 7 days after your purchase and then $39.90 every 30 days until you cancel.

The membership terms must be read and accepted before you complete your purchase, and they are also displayed at checkout. By joining, you authorize Solluny to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as SOLLUNY. Full details are in our VIP Membership Terms.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your VIP Membership at any time, for any reason, by emailing contact@solluny.com. Canceling during the free trial means you will not be charged; canceling later stops all future charges. See Manage or Cancel Your Subscription.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility for digital products and the VIP Membership is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, copy or resell our content without permission, or impersonate another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including texts, guides, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Solluny or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

10. Payments and Fraud Prevention

By submitting payment information, you authorize Solluny and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method. We may verify information, delay an order under review, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

11. Contact Us First

If something is wrong with your order, please email contact@solluny.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We reply within 1 business day.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solluny is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
