You can cancel your VIP Membership at any time, for any reason.
How to Cancel
Email contact@solluny.com from the address you used at checkout and ask us to cancel your membership. Please include your full name, the email used for the purchase and your order number, if available. We confirm every cancellation by email, usually within 1 business day.
Free Trial and Billing
A 7-day free trial of VIP Membership starts on the day of your purchase. If you do not cancel during the trial, a charge of $39.90 is made 7 days after your purchase and then $39.90 every 30 days until you cancel.
Charges appear on your statement as SOLLUNY.
What Happens When You Cancel
- if you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged for the membership;
- after the trial, canceling stops all future charges;
- you can join again later with a new order.

Billing Questions
Contact us right away if you were charged after your cancellation was confirmed, were charged twice for the same period, or don't recognize a charge from SOLLUNY.
